Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience in transportation public outreach, public affairs, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large projects, small teams, and significant client accounts. Experience in supporting transportation infrastructure projects, managing complex public outreach campaigns, and a deep understanding of key policy issues in the transportation industry are essential. The role requires the ability to translate technical information into accessible language, as well as experience in generating business leads and regular service on a high-profile community or industry-specific board or commission. The Vice President will be expected to maintain a high level of performance, including the management of an account for a minimum of 3 years, and to actively contribute to the company's growth and success.
