Client Relationship Representative
The CRR EM is responsible for retaining existing client relationships through usage, retention, and additional revenue. Manages the ongoing relationship with existing small to medium market clients by: leveraging technology to ensure they see a return on current and future investments, identifying and developing additional revenue opportunities to add to their portfolio, and maximizing employee and client usage of Paycom solutions. Responsibilities include providing strategic recommendations to clients on ways to streamline processes, increase usage and value of current portfolio, and expand solutions that align with client goals and initiatives. Proactively analyze, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis. Partner with EMAR/TSR/CRR to ensure a smooth and effective transition and continuity of exceptional customer service. Consult the client to identify opportunities for further business process improvements, and prepare a compelling business case including pain points, cost justifications, and high-impact needs. Maintain relationships at C-level and throughout the organization in support of providing business solutions and tools. Engage in product development efforts by delivering feedback on needs and opportunities for the organization. Successfully lead and manage implementation on products are added and hold clients accountable to deadlines to ensure on time starts. Drive projects to a successful and timely completion while achieving position metrics and customer satisfaction. Drive revenue, retention, and growth while maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct the required number of meetings on a weekly basis. Prepare a strategic agenda, review usage and system updates, identify needs and opportunities, and provide insight that helps clients maximize the value of an employee HR lifecycle within Paycom. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include strategic sales and closing experience in a consultative role, experience in a competitive environment with proven success exceeding goals. Skills and abilities include the ability to influence and persuade, ability to work in fast paced, ever-changing environments and high-pressure situations, ability to de-escalate situations and provide conflict resolution, self-directed with the ability to think independently, ability to conduct needs assessments for clients, ability to manage time and scheduling efficiently, professional presence with ability to present to Executive decision makers and large groups, willingness to help team members by sharing knowledge, excellent communication skills (telephone, oral, and written), strong attention to detail ensuring information is accurate and up to date, client centric approach, and reliability-being dependable, trustworthy, ensuring clients feel secure in their interactions with you. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers to handle, type, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, talking or hearing. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Work environment and environmental conditions include no hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
