Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Salary: Up to $180,000 Experience
Experience Required: 1+ years in employment litigation Responsibilities
Handle a variety of employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions Engage in rapid response matters and workplace investigations Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support Qualifications
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Self-motivated with strong time management skills Admitted to practice law in California Benefits / Perks
