Wedbush Securities is seeking candidates for an InvestmentBanking Analyst position with our Financial Institutions Real Estate(FIRE) team in our New York City office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad rangeof corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondaryofferings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions,leveraged buyouts and valuations.
Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively aspart of a team or individually
Prepare client presentations
Financial analysis and modeling
Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions
Performs other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably inBusiness or other related field
2-years' experience as an IB Analyst with a focus onFinancial/Banks/Real Estate preferred, minimum of 1-year ofexperience required
Active 79 & 63 Licenses required to be considered for this opportunity
Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability toprioritize daily work flow
Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
