As a funeral preplanning educator (Select Producer) in North Central Minnesota (Bemidji and surrounding communities), you will meet with families every day who are interested in planning ahead for funeral wishes, walking them through the process step by step. Benefits
Leads are provided from a variety of sources Base salary, uncapped commissions, and generous volume bonuses Industry‑leading training and ongoing development from a supportive sales management team Opportunity to qualify for fun, all‑expenses‑paid annual incentive trips Sales contests with cash prizes Qualifications
MINNESOTA Life Insurance License – PREFERRED Funeral Industry experience – PREFERRED Highly ethical approach to sales Proven track record of sales success Self‑motivated and proactive Excellent problem identification and resolution skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Comfortable working with user‑friendly sales software and CRM software Collaborative and team‑oriented Good planning and organizational skills Creative and innovative – someone who takes initiative and ownership About Us
