Position Title Commercial Bank Leasing Specialist
Business Unit BCSI
Reports to Equipment Finance Commercial Segment Sales Manager
Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for developing business from new prospects and interacting with existing customers and commercial bankers to increase sales revenue for Bank Capital Services (BCSI) and the corporation.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with commercial bankers, commercial clients and prospects to identify equipment finance transactions.
Promote equipment finance capabilities within the bank customer and prospect base with a focus on new business origination.
Have a thorough knowledge of equipment finance pricing and structuring documentation including the true lease product.
Serve current commercial bank clients with financing needs for capital equipment purchases.
Meet with lessees on equipment acquisitions and close leases and equipment finance.
Develop prospects and expand commercial client and end user volume in a designated geography.
Attend bank cross‑functional meetings to develop opportunities with regional managers' bank clients.
Monitor the competitive landscape and keep bank RM's informed of market conditions.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk encountered daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.
Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures as a required component of all position descriptions.
Minimum Level of Education Required BA or BS
Minimum Years of Job Related Experience Required 5

Knowledge of business finance and the ability to read and evaluate financial statements
Licensures/Certifications Required Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements or Work Conditions Beyond Traditional Office Work Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
