Infused Product Specialist (Education)
Overview High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and five dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state‑of‑the‑art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

We are looking for an Infused Product Specialist to work out of our facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The Extraction and Manufacturing Facility will be producing Craft Cannabis concentrates, THC distillate, edibles, vapes, topicals, and pre‑rolls. The primary extraction method will be via hydrocarbons. This person will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Support the Extraction & Post Process Manager and the Manufacturing Manager on infusing edibles with cannabis, filling vape cartridges, packing pre‑rolls, taking inventory, and packaging final products.
Becoming familiar with all manufacturing SOPs.
Maintaining an ability to take instructions from different supervisors depending on the task.
Cleaning and maintenance on equipment in extraction and the kitchen.
Work on advancing efficiency in the completion of daily tasks.
Accurately and consistently dose infused products to achieve a target dosage.
Maintain working knowledge of vape cartridges and disposable hardware and automated filling/capping.
Production and packaging of infused products including vapes, edibles, and topicals.
Qualifications
Passionate about the cannabis industry.
Experience operating hydrocarbon extraction equipment and post‑processing.
Experience in a kitchen and/or packaging.
High school diploma or GED.
21 years of age or older.
METRC experience.
Ability to obtain an Agent ID card.
Open availability with flexibility on abnormal hours.
Ability to work well with others.
Understanding of general knowledge of cannabis.
Proficiency in general computer skills.
Ability to calculate basic equations.
Love working in a fast‑paced environment and excitement about working for a start‑up in a new industry.
