Responsible for administering the performance management processes and system in an automotive manufacturing environment. Analyzes organizationalstructures, responsibilities, teamwork, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and work processes to develop programs, policies, andtraining aimed at aligning Team Member performance with organizational goals. Essential Functions:
Administer the performance management system and process, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback tools to drive productivity andalign individual goals with company objectives. Monitor and administer probationary period evaluations (30-60-85 Day Evaluation Process). Consult with and assist Team Members and management on current performance management processes and system; troubleshoot system issues forresolution. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions related to talent development, compensation, and overallworkforce strategy. Develop and conduct performance management training (New Hire Orientation, Leadership Induction Training, As Needed). Create and implement performance management policies and procedures that support company objectives and align with strategic goals. Promote strategies and programs, such as training and mentoring, to enhance Team Member capabilities and support career development. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend organizational development initiatives for continuous improvement. Advise and assist in developing position descriptions and competency components for HMMA positions. Facilitate succession planning activities to identify critical roles, future leaders, and other career development programs. Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety ManagementSystem (SMS) requirements. Meet all other requirements as assigned. Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentpreferred Related Experience:
0 – 10 years of job relatedexperience preferred 3 – 5 years of PerformanceManagement or OrganizationalDevelopment experience preferred Training / Certification:
PHR (Professional in HumanResources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in HumanResources) preferred. Skills / Knowledge:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-callduty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
