DIRECT HIRE $52,000–$70,000 (based on experience)

About the Role We’re seeking a bilingual HR professional to support day‑to‑day human resources operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on across multiple HR functions—supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders alike, balancing administrative precision with a strong people‑first mindset.
Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Onboarding
Support recruiting activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring leaders to ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS platforms
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and routine HR matters
Escalate sensitive or complex issues appropriately
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and communications
Benefits, Payroll & Programs
Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries
Assist with performance review cycles and training coordination
Support bi‑weekly payroll processing and serve as backup when needed
General HR Support
Assist with special projects and continuous process improvement efforts
Provide administrative and operational support to HR leadership as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
2+ years of hands‑on Human Resources experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (UKG experience a plus)

Work Environment This position is primarily office‑based with regular interaction in a manufacturing facility. PPE is required when on the shop floor, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear. The manufacturing environment may include noise, dust, temperature variation, and typical fabrication conditions. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.
