WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet guests and build trust from the first conversation Listen, ask questions, and understand each guest's needs Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently Advise ethically through education, not pressure Coordinate communication between technicians and guests Own the full guest experience from write-up to vehicle delivery WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A sales-oriented, competitive mindset Strong communication and people skills Comfort in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Coachability and a desire to grow Accountability and follow-through Automotive experience is optional and welcomed from many backgrounds. If you've succeeded in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service, we'll train you to succeed as a Service Advisor.
