We are seeking an Account Manager, A&D Division to join our team! You have strong knowledge in kitchen and bath, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:

Present and sell kitchen and bath products and services to new and existing architects, designers, mechanical contractors, and private clients Create easily understood and logical quotations with a product that will function correctly after installation and use Develop strong product knowledge and the ability to apply that knowledge in the area of bathroom and kitchen design Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments Create sales material to present to customers Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and team account partner Qualifications:

Must be willing to work 5 days/40 hours a week out of our Manhattan Showroom Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with SAP platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Bachelor’s Degree Must be legal US citizen or resident Motivated, ambitious, high initiative Works well in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills (multiple phone calls and emails need to be handled accurately and timely).
