Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the employee benefits accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel required during enrollment seasons.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus commission eligibility for any business bound from cross-sell opportunities or client referrals.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of fully insured group accounts ranging from 10-250 lives.
Conduct open enrollment meetings independently and effectively.
Handle cross-sell opportunities from the Commercial Lines production team.
Market accounts and manage renewal presentations.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Utilize software tools such as Ease/Employee Navigator, EPIC, and Mineral (HR) to manage accounts.
Travel during enrollment seasons to conduct in-person enrollment meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
Proven ability to conduct open enrollment meetings independently.
Proficiency in software tools such as Ease/Employee Navigator, EPIC, and Mineral (HR).
Strong public speaking skills and the ability to communicate proactively and effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
