Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Employee Benefits Account Manager
to join a team. This role is integral to supporting self-funded accounts and large group clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewals, marketing, and new business development.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
Manage and service self-funded accounts and large group clients.
Conduct renewals, marketing, and new business activities.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
Participate in open enrollment meetings and provide support to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
A proactive, go-getter attitude with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
