HVAC Sales Manager

$100K–$140K base + commission + incentives
Seeking a hands‑on HVAC Sales Manager to own and scale the sales function. This is a front‑line, non‑desk role for a sales leader who personally closes deals while building and leading a high‑performing sales operation. The role owns sales strategy, revenue growth, and market presence, managing the full sales cycle end‑to‑end while maintaining an active pipeline of residential and/or commercial sales appointments.
Requirements
Proven experience selling HVAC or residential home services
Experience personally closing sales appointments
Sales management experience
Strong consultative selling and closing ability
Comfortable carrying an individual quota while leading others
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
Personally run sales appointments
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
Hire, train, and coach current and future sales reps
Develop and refine sales process, pricing discipline, and closing standards
Track sales performance, pipeline, and key KPIs
