Job Summary The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive high-quality leads that support sales growth. This role manages multi-channel lead acquisition efforts, analyzes performance metrics, and partners closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion and pipeline results. This role will support efforts for both tax and debt resolution companies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build and execute lead generation strategies from the ground up to support rapid company growth for both tax and debt resolution

Own the full lead lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, optimization and collaboration with sales and leadership

Launch, test and scale campaigns across outbound, digital, partnerships and experimental channels

Analyze performance data to quickly iterate, improve conversion and maximize ROI

Identify, manage, and resell leads the business does not utilize to maximize and offset acquisition costs

Develop and maintain relationships with companies that will buy leads

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent education required

3-5 years of Lead Generation

1-2 years of Management experience

Compensation and Benefits

$120,000 annually

Skills and Abilities

Experience building and scaling lead generation

Experience selling leads to companies within similar industries

Strong understanding of multi – channel acquisition and lead qualification

Data driven with the ability to analyze performance and optimize ROIProficient with CRM and lead_generation tools

Ability to monetize and resell unused leads

Strong communication organization, and adaptability skills
