Responsibilities
Serve on the Leadership Council to drive company growth, culture, and long-term strategic planning through EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable to company standards and KPIs.
Foster alignment between departments, ensuring all initiatives support the company’s vision and goals.
Recruit, hire, and develop a professional, high-performing sales team. Coach, motivate, and hold sales reps accountable for activity and results.
Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals with clear action plans.
Analyze performance data to forecast growth and identify opportunities.
Ensure customer experience excellence through proactive support and resolution.
Oversee all marketing content, digital presence, and lead generation efforts.
Manage and guide the marketing team to create consistent, high-quality, on-brand content.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that support sales goals.
Optimize all marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print, for engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with vendors, manage budgets, and evaluate campaigns to maximize ROI.
What We're Looking For
Proven success leading Sales and/or Marketing teams, ideally in a service based or renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation. A natural leader who coaches with kindness, holds others accountable, and leads by example.
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus. Passion for teamwork, personal growth, and making an impact.
What We Offer
$65,000 – $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
First Year On-Target Earnings: $150,000 – $200,000
