Job Responsibilities for Sales & Marketing:

Customer Service Pursues ongoing product information to understand how the product will benefit the customer. Understands rental agreement terms and is able to clearly communicate with the customer. Performs thorough on-boarding for customers. Creates a positive experience for customers. Applies proper down payments and is an advocate for on-time payment habits. Assists the customers with rental order forms and conducts proper order form verifications. Completes the company’s daily solicitation as a minimum standard. Communicates with customers using the customer’s preferred means of communication.

Job Responsibilities:

Open to travel to nearby locations to assist when needed Learn various roles and functions of Rent-2-Own Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness Create sales/marketing plans to generate sales Establish plans for team and individual goals to be met Develop new and professional relationships with customers and help them manage their accounts successfully Maintain control during the collection process when customer's payments become late Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, at the counter, process customer payments, and handle customer complaints professionally Hitting sales goals each week
