Position Summary
NNE Marketing is a direct marketing fundraising agency seeking an entry-level Account Executive (0-2 years of experience) to join our client services team and be responsible for the coordination and execution of all campaigns (across channels) for 1 to 2 nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate can work independently, is organized, and demonstrates very strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions Oversees and executes the day-to-day responsibilities associated with a client’s direct response fundraising program.
Develops detailed campaign schedules on an annual basis.
Initiates strategy sessions and contributes to the development of strategies.
Coordinates with copywriters and designers to develop new and modified copy.
Manages the creative routing process, edits, and approvals, both internally and with the client, ensuring all timelines are met.
Leads the campaign production process – the review and approval of creative proofs, laser signoffs and insertions.
Creates and distributes weekly status reports to the internal team and client.
Maintains client contact at a campaign level.
Provides additional team and client support as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience required
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Good proofreader
Organized and detail oriented
Can work well in a team and independently
Can shift gears and juggle multiple tasks effectively
Track record of excellent customer/client service
Occasional travel to client site and/or NNE office for required and requested meetings
Proficiency in the Following Required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Remote/On-site work This position is remote. NNE’s corporate headquarters is in Lexington, MA, with an emphasis on East Coast time. Occasional travel to clients and MA will be required.
