Position Title:
Behavior Intervention Specialist
Immediate Supervisor:
Title I Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, behavior analysis, or related field
- Master's degree
preferred - Specialized training and experience in behavior modification and management strategies. - Experience in developing and implementing FBAs, BIPs and threat assessments. - Skilled in data collection, analysis, and behavior progress monitoring. - Knowledge of Standards-Based IEPs and special education service delivery. - CPI, Handle With Care, or similar crisis de-escalation training preferred. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Commitment to student and family success and the ability to think creatively in problem-solving. Employment Term:
Remainder of 200 day contract for the 2025/2026 school year
Salary : Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation. Salary Schedules
