Noyze Marketing
Noyze is a full-service marketing agency built on strategy, creativity, and clear communication. We help businesses grow by combining smart marketing plans with beautiful, high-performing creative. Our team lives our core values:
We’re expanding our Strategy team with a Creative Strategist who can confidently lead client relationships, shape marketing strategies, and guide creative execution across channels.
Role Overview The Creative Strategist is a hybrid client-facing strategist and creative lead. You’ll meet weekly with clients, guide marketing priorities, plan campaigns, and ensure the right marketing is happening at the right time.
This role blends marketing strategy, creative direction, content planning, and account leadership. You’ll oversee the marketing calendar for each client, collaborate closely with our production team, and ensure all creative is on-brand, strategically sound, and ready for client review.
You do not need to be a full-time designer or copywriter — but you should be able to jump in when needed. Most importantly, you must have a sharp creative eye, strong marketing instincts, and the confidence to advise clients on what will actually work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead weekly client calls to set priorities, refine strategies, and review marketing direction.
Own the marketing calendar for each client, ensuring all campaigns align with strategic goals.
Come prepared with recommendations, insights, and ideas — not waiting for clients to provide direction.
Present ideas clearly and communicate strategically, treating clients as true partners.
Push back diplomatically when needed to ensure the “right marketing” gets done.
Plan and outline monthly/quarterly marketing initiatives across: Email campaigns, Organic social media, Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Website and landing page messaging
Collaborate with the CEO on monthly analytics reviews and strategic adjustments.
Understand client industries deeply — from farmers to surgeons — and craft messaging for their customers.
Creative Direction
Provide clear creative direction for emails, social posts, ads, landing pages, and content.
Review all deliverables before they go to the client to ensure high quality and alignment with strategy.
Spot inconsistencies, weak design, or unclear messaging — and guide the adjustments.
Work with designers, copywriters, and content creators to bring campaign ideas to life.
Work closely with our Production team to ensure projects are executed on time and correctly.
Communicate clearly with internal team members and freelancers.
Step in to support copywriting or light design work when necessary (Adobe/Figma).
Ensure every project follows Noyze processes and supports client KPIs.
Analytics & Optimization
Review analytics monthly with the CEO and clients, using insights to shape the marketing calendar.
Understand performance indicators (ROAS, CTR, CPL, engagement, etc.) and how to pivot strategy accordingly.
Identify opportunities to improve results and present recommendations to clients proactively.
Skills & Requirements Required
3–7+ years of marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy
Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships with confidence
Excellent creative eye — able to identify what makes great ads, emails, and content
Ability to think like the client’s customer
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable planning and presenting strategy
Ability to give clear, actionable creative feedback
Ability to jump into light design (Adobe Creative Suite/Figma) or copywriting when needed
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Positive, team-first attitude and ownership mentality
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Metricool, Figma, Databox
Experience creating wireframes or creative briefs
Experience reviewing analytics dashboards
Background in content creation or creative direction
Knowledge of email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Who Thrives in This Role You love marketing, creativity, and client interaction. You’re equal parts strategic and creative, comfortable in marketing conversations, and have strong instincts for what works. You’re a natural leader who can guide clients, rally a team, and bring clarity to chaos.
This role is perfect for someone who has outgrown a traditional account manager position but doesn’t want to be boxed into pure creative or pure strategy — you love being the bridge between strategy, creativity, and execution.
