Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior UX Content Designer to lead the content strategy, governance, and linguistic patterns for a global, multi‑sided enterprise digital platform. In this role, you will deliver content systems that improve user outcomes and business performance at scale by partnering with Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Localization teams. We are specifically looking for a practitioner who can act as a thought leader in the AI space. You should have proven expertise in designing prompts, system behaviors, evaluation sets, and safety guardrails for Large Language Models (LLM) and AI‑powered features. Location & Employment Details

Take ownership of content design standards and style guides across the platform, ensuring clear and consistent language for both traditional interfaces and AI agents. Lead the end‑to‑end content design for AI‑driven features, including the creation of training samples and the refinement of "Agentic AI" personalities. Champion user‑focused strategic direction with cross‑functional partners, presenting and defending content solutions to leadership. Ensure all platform content aligns with WCAG standards and plain language principles to support a diverse, global user base. Visualize and prototype multiple product directions, validating hypotheses through research while understanding technical and business impacts. Partner with Product Management, Legal/Compliance, and Data Science to ensure a cohesive experience across all digital channels. Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in UX Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy. Expert knowledge of Agentic AI, including hands‑on experience training LLMs and developing prompt systems. Mastery of Figma and the ability to work across multiple levels of design fidelity. Strong experience working within Agile and/or Lean UX environments. Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into understandable, elegant user solutions. A world‑class portfolio demonstrating the ability to create clarity within complex systems (e.g., B2B SaaS or high‑scale marketplaces). Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, English, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Equal Opportunity Employer
