creative, social-first videographer
who lives and breathes short-form content, understands current social trends, and can bring a story to life through engaging video, to join our NY team on a part-time/flexible freelance basis.
If you're comfortable shooting, directing lightly, and editing high-performing videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts on iPhone— we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Help with filming, production, logistics for short form video content (in-office sketches, man on street type content)
What We're Looking For
Strong experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
A strong understanding of social trends, pacing, hooks, storytelling, and retention techniques
Skilled in both videography and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
Comfortable filming content in dynamic settings
Portfolio of social-first video work (this is a must)
Nice to Have
Experience working with founders, creators, or influencers
Ability to propose fresh, creative concepts that feel native to social platforms
Comedic background/interest/instincts (someone who could be a second brain on shoots, help flag funny moments, shape ideas in real time) would be a plus!
