Role Overview The Subscription Marketing Manager drives growth for subscription-based products by increasing new member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role focuses on outbound demand generation, digital campaigns, and lifecycle marketing, working closely with sales, creative, editorial, and operations teams to deliver revenue-impacting programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize targeted demand-generation and nurture campaigns to drive qualified subscription leads
Develop strategies to engage and retain existing subscribers while expanding the user base
Build and manage outbound marketing and social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
Create compelling marketing copy and campaign messaging in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Maintain and improve CRM data, segmentation, and reporting to ensure accurate targeting and insights
Analyze subscription and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
Support sponsorships, partner promotions, advertising, and event branding efforts
Additional Responsibilities
Support marketing for other subscription products
Assist with event promotion, coordination, and onsite support
Identify new channels, partnerships, and events to expand reach
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of B2B marketing or SaaS experience
Strong digital marketing, copywriting, and campaign management skills
Experience generating and nurturing qualified leads
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, social media, and analytics tools
Interest or exposure to financial services, investment banking, or private markets preferred
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
