Position Overview We are seeking a
Vice President of Sales
who is equally passionate about developing talent and driving revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role for a hands‑on sales leader who thrives in the day-to-day execution of sales operations while also setting the strategic direction for continued expansion.
Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, the Vice President of Sales will lead, coach, and scale the sales organization with a people‑first mindset. This role plays a critical part in shaping sales culture, strengthening execution, and ensuring every team member has the clarity, tools, and support needed to consistently perform at a high level.
The Opportunity This position is ideal for a sales leader who enjoys being deeply involved—coaching Account Executives, reviewing pipelines, supporting complex deals, and building strong, repeatable sales processes. You will be responsible for aligning strategy with execution, driving accountability, and helping the team exceed targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Development
Serve as an active, visible leader for the sales organization
Hold regular weekly one‑on‑one meetings with Account Executives and sales leaders to review performance, pipeline health, priorities, and professional development goals
Coach team members on account strategy, deal structuring, negotiation, and long‑term relationship management
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance
Pipeline Management & Revenue Growth
Establish clear sales goals, quotas, and pipeline expectations across the team
Partner with Account Executives to build, manage, and optimize healthy sales pipelines
Review forecasts regularly, identify gaps early, and proactively support deal acceleration
Ensure consistent use of sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting standards
Strategy Development & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Translate high‑level company goals into actionable plans and priorities for the sales team
Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in key accounts and high‑impact deals
Client & Account Leadership
Act as a senior point of contact for major accounts and strategic partners
Support Account Executives in managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
Reinforce the company’s reputation as a trusted, solutions‑oriented partner
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align sales initiatives with product launches and customer needs
Ensure sales feedback and customer insights inform product development, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies
Performance Measurement & Reporting
Track sales KPIs, performance metrics, and pipeline activity
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to Executive Leadership
Use data to continuously refine sales processes, coaching methods, and execution strategies
Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience, including senior sales leadership roles
Proven success leading, coaching, and scaling high‑performing sales teams
Strong experience with sales goal‑setting, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement
Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing people and supporting deals
Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution, follow‑through, and accountability
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
