About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to take on a pivotal role in leading and expanding the global enterprise revenue engine. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the overall sales strategy, execution, and revenue outcomes across enterprise accounts. This hands-on, builder role requires a sales leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly in the enterprise space, and a proven track record of leading teams to close significant ACV deals. The VP of Sales will be responsible for net-new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and team development, and must be adept at working closely with cross-functional teams to build a durable go-to-market system. Experience in selling to C-level executives in the areas of cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or adjacent enterprise software is essential.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on enterprise, and a deep understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles. They should be adept at driving predictable pipeline generation, establishing repeatable sales motions, and possess exceptional coaching and deal inspection skills. A builder mindset, high accountability, and a customer-obsessed, value-driven sales approach are key leadership traits. The role also involves market and strategic insight, requiring the VP of Sales to develop a deep understanding of GRC, cybersecurity, and compliance buyer behavior, and to provide data-driven insights to the executive team. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to generate a predictable, scalable enterprise pipeline, lead a high-performing sales team, and establish the company as a trusted partner in the enterprise GRC space.
