We’re looking for an ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses. This role involves working closely with customers and coworkers to provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses. You’ll use your strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart business solutions, explain our products and services in depth, and recommend the right solutions. Sales advisors receive an uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first eight weeks. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $105,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
