Your Mission as a Sales Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Sales Area Manager

to lead and expand our independent sales network across the national territory. You will be responsible for building, training, and motivating a high-performing team of independent sales agents, driving ambitious targets, and identifying new commercial opportunities in your assigned area -

North-West of Italy . This role requires exceptional leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

Network Leadership:

Recruit, coordinate, and manage

a network of independent sales agents across the national territory.

Training & Coaching:

Ensure comprehensive

commercial and product training

for the sales agents, and continuously

monitor their performance

and professional development.

Strategy & Targets:

Define ambitious sales objectives

and

implement effective strategies

to achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.

Sales Support:

Coach and support

sales agents in complex negotiations and provide guidance throughout the entire sales process.

Performance Analysis:

Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) , reporting results directly to the Commercial Director.

Motivation & Engagement:

Maintain

constant communication

with the sales network, ensuring a high level of

motivation and engagement .

Business Development:

Identify new commercial growth opportunities

and potential markets within the area of competence.

What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Experience)

You are a decisive leader with a proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team of independent agents towards significant results.

Leadership Experience:

Consolidated experience

as an

Area Manager, Team Leader, or Sales Manager

in a B2B environment.

Network Management:

Demonstrable track record

in managing and developing networks of

independent sales agents/agencies .

Team Leadership:

Excellent leadership, management, and motivational skills

for heterogeneous teams.

Ownership & Organization:

Autonomy

in activity management and strong

organizational skills .

Bonus Points

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of the

legal sector

or interest in new

technologies applied to law

(preferred).

Annual Salary Range:

€65.000 - 85.000 OTE
