We're looking for a Studio Designer who’s detail-oriented, passionate about great design, and skilled at executing a wide range of assets across digital and print. This is not a remote position.
The Role As a Studio Designer, you will play a key role in the production and refinement of creative assets. You’ll work closely with art directors, copywriters, account managers, and developers to adapt master concepts across multiple formats, ensuring brand consistency and high design standards in everything we produce.
Key Responsibilities
Adapt and roll out creative concepts across various digital and print platforms
Prepare artwork for print and digital delivery with meticulous attention to technical specs.
Ensure consistency of visual identity across all materials.
Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the integrity of the original concept through to final execution.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, maintaining accuracy and quality.
Organize and maintain project files, assets, and templates.
Stay up to date on best practices in design production, tools, and industry standards.
Skills & Experience
3+ years in a studio, agency, or in-house creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong layout, typography, and retouching skills.
Solid understanding of print production and digital asset specs.
Eye for detail and passion for craft.
Ability to work quickly, manage feedback, and hit deadlines under pressure.
Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting design across formats.
Knowledge of version control and file organization best practices.
Background in advertising or marketing-related design work.
