Multi-Channel and Commerce Fulfillment team is seeking a Sr. Mgr, Account Management to lead a team of people managers supporting strategic sellers, enterprise partners, and B2B customers utilizing Amazon’s fulfillment and supply chain services. This leader will own the end-to-end account management strategy, driving customer success, operational performance, and scalable growth across MCCF offerings including AWD/MCD, Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Buy with Prime, and fully managed supply chain services. This role requires strong people leadership, operational judgement, and the ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations. You will work backwards from the customer while balancing Amazon’s commitment to efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Org-Level Leadership & Talent Strategy – Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and senior leaders, ensuring consistent performance and leadership bar and establish mechanisms for goal-setting, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Customer Strategy & Business Ownership – Own topline growth, retention, and long‑term customer value across the segment.

Operational & Financial Accountability – Partner with Fulfillment, Transportation, Network Planning, Finance, and Tech leadership to balance customer experience, cost‑to‑serve, and network efficiency.

Mechanisms, Metrics & Scale – Define and own org‑level KPIs including customer satisfaction, delivery performance, inventory health, revenue growth, and margin impact and drive standardization and automation across account management processes while preserving flexibility for strategic customers.

Strategic Influence & Product Leadership – Represent the voice of the customer in product and roadmap decisions by influencing senior leaders on supply chain strategy, service innovation, and investment priorities. Think big about the future of supply chain management and Amazon’s role in owning more of the value chain.

About the team Our vision is to make every merchant wildly successful, wherever they sell, using Amazon‑powered solutions. Our two biggest solutions are Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi‑Channel Fulfillment (MCF). BwP is a new way to extend Prime shopping benefits—including fast, free shipping, a seamless checkout experience, and free returns—to merchants’ own online stores, ultimately increasing selection for Prime members.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures

Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures

Experience negotiating VP‑level contracts with channel partners and agencies

Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership

Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
