Key Responsibilities
Drive direct sales of surgical products to end-users within the ophthalmology sector.
Leverage an existing network of eye care professionals to grow sales and market presence.
Develop strong relationships with specialized surgeons to expand regional business.
Focus on a single-product line strategy, with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in ophthalmic sales, particularly with surgical ophthalmologists and operating room exposure.
Familiarity with channel management and navigating complex medical environments.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.
Culturally agile, thrives in fast-paced, diverse environments.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive approach to learning.
