Sales Manager

who can lead with insight, collaborate across business units, and help scale a high‑performing sales organization. Responsibilities: Lead and support inside and outside sales teams, including OEM‑focused reps and emerging business units (robotics, wire spool, servo motors) Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales activity, and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Provide coaching, communication strategies, and situational guidance to sales reps. Coordinate cross‑unit sales efforts with shared commission structures and aligned goals. Maintain visibility into how various sales processes interact and impact overall performance. Utilize NetSuite CRM, AI‑enhanced Outlook tools, and internal order systems to streamline workflows. Qualifications/Must Haves: Strong reporting, data analysis, and communication skills. 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing inside/outside teams. Familiarity with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and modern sales tools. Team‑oriented leadership style with the ability to fit into an evolving system before reshaping it. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in electrical distribution, OEM sales, or technical product lines. All education levels will be considered; equivalent practical experience is fully acceptable. Preferred Skills: Experience in electrical distribution or industrial automation. Exposure to employee‑owned or highly collaborative company cultures. Understanding of technical product lines (automation, controls, electrical components)
