The Good Feet Store
Sales Consultant – The Good Feet Store | Full Time | Hourly + Commission
The Good Feet Store is America’s #1 Arch Support Store, and we’re looking for
empathetic, confident, high-accountability people
to join our sales team. This is not a grab-and-go retail job. This is
structured, consultative, one-on‑one sales
where listening, education, and follow‑through matter. If you love helping people and take pride in hitting goals and earning commission for doing great work, keep reading.
The Role:
You’ll meet with customers individually, learn about their pain, lifestyle, and goals, and guide them through a proven fitting and education process. You’ll explain how our arch support system works, talk through pricing and financing (CareCredit, HSA/FSA, etc.), and confidently recommend the right solution. Customers come to us because they’re ready for answers, and your role is to lead the conversation with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Run one‑on‑one consultations and personalized fittings
Ask thoughtful questions and actively listen
Educate customers and confidently ask for the sale
Clearly explain pricing, financing, and next steps
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and results
Consistently work toward defined sales and productivity goals
Handle returns and concerns with professionalism and ownership
Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentation‑ready
Our Ideal Candidate is:
Experienced with 2+ years of commission‑based sales experience with measurable results
Comfortable selling one‑on‑one and closing without pressure tactics
Coachable, self‑motivated, and consistent
Emotionally intelligent and resilient
Available on Weekends (Saturday & some Sundays)
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day
Pay & Benefits
Hourly + commission (performance‑driven earnings)
Paid, comprehensive product and sales training
Paid Time Off & company‑paid holidays
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Flexible scheduling
Clear advancement opportunities for top performers
Supportive, professional, team‑oriented environment
If you’re someone who takes pride in helping others, follows through on commitments, and wants to build a sales career where performance actually matters, this is a great job for you.
We can’t wait to meet you!
