We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive . This is an all-rounder role ideal for someone who loves variety in their work—from handling website operations and designing creatives to managing online communities and engaging with customers. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our online presence, boost sales, and build meaningful relationships with our community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Facebook & Google ad strategies Design creative visuals for ad campaigns (images/videos) Setup and optimize paid campaigns for best results Develop and run email marketing automations and campaigns Website & Order Management
Manage inventory, orders, and customer comments on the website Ensure smooth operations and customer experience across platforms Social Media Management
Design and schedule engaging content for Facebook & Instagram (photos, videos, stories) Monitor and respond to comments/messages Maintain consistency in brand tone and communication Provide customer support over phone and social media Handle queries, complaints, and feedback in a friendly manner Support and organize events for community engagement Moderate and grow our Facebook community group What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads Manager & campaign optimization Hands-on experience with Canva or basic design tools for photos/videos Comfortable with website backend operations (e.g., WooCommerce or similar) Good communication skills—written and spoken (Bangla & English) A self-starter with a sense of ownership and ability to multitask Friendly, positive attitude with an interest in community building Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Mail Mint, etc.) is a plus Bonus if you’re into streetwear, skate culture, or youth marketing!
