gas, refining, and power generation./ppThe Shipping/Packaging Specialist is Technifabs last line of defense before items are shipped to the customer. Qualified applicants must be very meticulous and detail oriented to assure the customer is getting a product that meets or exceeds their expectations./ppQualifications:/pulliDemonstrated ability to read and understand drawings, bill of materials, cutlists, inspection procedures, manufacturing manual procedures, etc./liliAbility to lift at least 50 lbs./liliExperience using saws and other power tools a plus/liliCarpentry skills a plus/li/ulpResponsibilities Include:/pulliPerforming visual and dimensional inspections/liliApplying the correct decals as required per drawing and inspection procedure/liliEtching or engraving identification of items as required/liliThe use of inspection tools: (tape measures, calipers, micrometers, etc.)/liliVerifying process travelers and job packets, all items completed and signed off/liliEnsuring product is packaged appropriately for protection/liliFollowing Technifab safety guidelines/liliTaking pictures of finished products in their shipping containers/liliPerforming all other duties as directed by supervisor/li/ulpThis description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.
