Administrative Assistant/Safety Administrator
Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full time Packaging Specialist to work with our team in Walnut, CA.
Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills and dealing with multiple dispatch related questions daily
Good customer service skills and problem solver when rapid changes arrive and changes are made in daily routine
Willing to work within a team environment to tackle challenges together
Must be able to use Microsoft office suite , word, xcel, and capable of editing PDF’s
Able to dispatch and coordinate 5-8 delivery vehicles and drivers daily
Update daily and weekly delivery schedules and coordinate with packaging + prefab teams to have product staged
Be available for full time work between the hours of 5:00 am and 2:30pm Monday through Friday
Open to training on different programs such as payroll and inventory tracking software
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with others in a team environment while still being dependable and self‑motivated
