Job Overview At TE Connectivity, you'll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as an Intern in the Energy Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

• Support the sales team by developing and organizing enablement materials such as presentations, playbooks, and training resources to improve sales effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data, tools, and processes to identify insights and opportunities that help optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support onboarding, training initiatives, and go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:

• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining sales enablement content, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with current messaging.
• Support sales training and onboarding programs by coordinating sessions, tracking participation, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Help analyze sales performance metrics and tool usage, preparing reports and insights to inform enablement strategies and leadership decisions.

You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration or Related Major from an accredited college or universityor have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $25.68-$43.52 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
