Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal based in Rochester, NY. The Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys in managing residential and commercial real estate transactions, prepare legal documents, conduct due diligence, coordinate title insurance, and manage lease agreements. The role also includes supporting attorneys in client interactions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while meeting deadlines efficiently. Qualifications
Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements Proficiency in performing Due Diligence in commercial real estate transactions Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and documentation Familiarity with drafting and managing Leases and other real estate-related documents Understanding of processes related to Residential and Commercial Real Estate deals, including closing activities Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Associate degree or higher, with a focus on legal studies or equivalent experience preferred Pay commiserate with experience - $55,000 - $60,000
