We’re an OKC brunch favorite, serving from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm every day. Known for our warm hospitality and signature table pancake, Kitchen 324 is looking for energetic, guest-focused Hosts who love mornings, great food, and creating memorable dining experiences.
POSITION SUMMARY Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes and keep the flow of restaurant service smooth, while upholding a Good Egg Dining Group’s mission to positively impact lives by building enduring memories and multi-generational relationships through a dedication to executional excellence, intentional service, extreme hospitality, and culinary trust.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phone professionally and according to restaurant standard.
Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively.
Take reservations and enter on Resy according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible.
When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party on Resy wait list.
Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
Accommodatespecial seating requests for guests whenever possible.
Be able to re-work existing reservations and waiter sections to accommodate walk-ins and unexpected last minute reservations. Inform Management and staff of changes.
Relay messages to servers, bus and manager as needed, especially guest notes from Resy.
Help with bussing and drink service if time warrants.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
No previous restaurant experience required.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Must have exceptional grooming habits.
