CTC (Basic Salary): Annual CTC Package (R1 057 112, 35 – R 1 287 408, 35 Negotiable)
Purpose
To lead and direct the Finance Sub- Section in planning, executing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on operational requirements

Qualification / Experience
Bachelor (NQF Level) of Accounting, BCom Financial Accounting/Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting Science or any other related and relevant qualification as accredited by SAICA
At least 8 years broad Financial Management experience, preferably within the public entity or related environment
Knowledge In-depth knowledge of Public Finance Management Act; Knowledge of National Treasury Regulations; In-depth knowledge of GRAP, ASB, IAF, ISB and all other applicable prescripts; In-depth knowledge of accounts payable and receivable functions; In-depth knowledge of revenue collection, cash flow and asset management functions; In-depth knowledge of financial reporting; Sound knowledge of financial policies, procedures and processes; Advanced Excel; Highly analytical and numerate; People management skill
