Manage the intake process by gathering necessary information and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Communication Management:
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Data Organization:
Maintain and update client records with precision and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving:
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
This will require travel around the surrounding area to the homes of the potential new clients.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
At least 1 year in a similar position or a related field.
Organizational Skills:
The ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Tech-Savviness:
Familiarity with standard office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Professionalism:
A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on delivering excellent service.
