Inspect finished fabric to ensure quality and compliance. Remove defects, ticket, and bag rolls. Load and thread fabric through machines. Monitor fabric for defects and record findings. Cut fabric to required yardage. Tape, ticket, and bag rolls, then place them on pallets. Record production and quality information. Dye Operator
Weigh, prepare, and deliver dyes and chemicals to dye machines. Follow dye recipes provided by control room staff. Use electric scales and verify accuracy with printed readouts. Ensure dye cans are clean before preparation. Mix and disperse dyes according to standard procedures. Deliver prepared materials to the appropriate dye machines. Frame Operator
Review dye orders and setup instructions. Thread fabric into the machine according to standards. Operate framing machine and maintain proper settings (speed, width, overfeed). Make machine adjustments as needed. Monitor fabric feed and report issues to supervisor. Record production and input dye order information into the computer system. Knitting Operator
Keep knitting machines running efficiently. Repair smashes, realign guides, and manage yarn supply. Inspect machines to ensure quality and productivity. Document all defects and production data accurately. Transport yarn and beams using industrial trucks and lifting equipment. Install and remove beams, lubricate machine parts, and perform daily inspections. Repair beam shafts and clamps when possible. Interested?
