Help Open the Doors to a New Community A nationally recognized property services organization is seeking a detail-driven Bilingual Property Leasing Agent with first-hand experience in LIHTC, to support the lease-up of a newly developed 192-unit affordable housing community in Aurora, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong LIHTC knowledge who thrives in fast-paced lease-up environments and enjoys balancing compliance, customer service, and collaboration. Pay Rate: $20$22 per hour, based on experience Schedule: MondayFriday with flexibility to work between 7:00 AM8:00 PM; weekend flexibility required Employment Type: Full-time temporary Start: Immediate availability preferred What You'll Do
Process, review, and maintain LIHTC household files with accuracy and efficiency Support lease-up activities for a newly opened multifamily community Ensure all files and documentation meet internal compliance standards Assist residents and prospective tenants in a professional, service-oriented manner Partner with onsite team members to keep leasing and compliance operations running smoothly Why You'll Want This Role
This temporary, full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in affordable housing compliance and lease-up operations while working alongside an experienced onsite team. Required LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance experience Multifamily housing experience with at least 6 months of customer service experience Lease-up experience preferred In-house compliance experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Self-starter with strong attention to detail, reliability, and motivation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, reach, bend, and stoop for 810 hour shifts Professional business-casual appearance Take the Lead in a High-Impact Lease-Up
