Lead Carpenter - Commercial Construction $27-$35

Denver Metro area (they also have projects in Mead and Colorado Springs)

About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team on commercial construction projects. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with the Foreman, supporting all phases of school and multifamily new build projects. You’ll wear tools, assist with coordination, and occasionally operate equipment.
What You’ll Do
Work alongside the Foreman to keep projects on track
Perform carpentry tasks during all phases of new builds
Assist with subcontractor coordination as needed
Operate equipment occasionally (forklift, skid steer, scissor lift, boom lift)
Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Must have experience leading other carpenters
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial construction and new builds
Certification from CITC or union apprenticeship (preferred, not required)
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred, not required)
