Position Description: The Senior Inside Sales Representative provides comprehensive administrative and quoting support to the Key Account Manager(s) by preparing customer quotations, processing RFQs, and ensuring all approvals and work instructions are followed. This role coordinates customer account setup, reviews purchase orders and pricing for accuracy, and assists with routing terms and conditions to internal departments for review. The specialist collaborates closely with estimating, engineering, plants, and credit teams to resolve pricing issues, manage new product releases, and support accurate setup of pricing, BOMs, and customer documentation. Strong customer interaction and internal partnership are essential to maintain accurate contracts, track product life cycles, and ensure timely release of new programs. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Key Account Manager to complete customer quotations in a timely manner. Understand how to process customer RFQ's through GQRS system (as support) and use this tool to quote and release new programs. Ensure that the account team is following work instructions and that appropriate approvals are obtained prior to quotin. Respond to customer RFQ's and change requests using various customer web based quote systems or completing quote and tooling transparencies. New customer account set up, including but not limited to, obtaining customer credit documentation and risk rate assessment. Ensure copies of all contracts / terms that have been reviewed are saved in the appropriate customer file. Continually work with Credit Department, Key Account Manager, plants and Pricing Department to resolve customer and plant-related price...
