Answer the phone in the call center as needed
daily around other duties and provide coverage during leave of other call center staff. Monitor and facilitate referral information received from the call center fax, complete NE as an NA. Serve as a lead CSR
providing technical assistance to the call center and to the clinics & maintaining on-site work flow. Work the Gateway Queues throughout the district to meet processing standards Assist with regulatory requirements related to inventory and other operational requirements. Serve as a district super-user
submitting incidents to the state. CSR Trainer
provide hands-on technical assistance for GA-WIC, policies and procedures, and Gateway processing. Process Gateway Applications to meet processing standards. Complete requirements related to inventory and other operational requirements Float CSR
provide clinic coverage as needed to maintain open schedules while CSRs are out complete hospital certification intake with partnered hospitals (looking to expand past Candler in the future). Provide Pathways coverage as needed. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED Minimum of 2 years' experience as current Public Health CSR 1, no disciplinary actions over the previous 12 months. Overall score of 3 or higher on two most recent performance evaluations (PMFs) Preferred Qualifications: Five years' experience within the WIC Program; Two (2) years' experience processing Gateway applications Additional Information
