Youre responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians./ppYour work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!/ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliGreet guests as they arrive in the Service drive/liliAdvising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate/liliPreparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines/liliCollaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution/liliMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history/liliCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle/liliProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes/liliAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score/liliProcess monetary transactions/li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Need:/strong/pulliFull time availability.
