Customer Engagement: Develop relationships with prospective clients, present product solutions, and prepare tailored recommendations and cost estimates. Product Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends and product advancements; confidently communicate the value of the full product portfolio. Customer Support: Partner with operations to address service needs quickly and effectively, ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Market Insights: Review project performance and provide feedback on customer needs, competition, and emerging technologies. Innovation & Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance processes, products, and engineering practices. Representation: Serve as a professional ambassador for the company, promoting its values and objectives externally. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward shared goals. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Valid driver's license with ability to travel regionally up to 25%. Benefits
