Job Description

Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry. Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure all project needs are met. Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to determine cost-effectiveness and compliance. Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and project bids for clients. Maintain accurate records of project costs and budgets. Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements as needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding of project estimates.
