Interior Designer | Commercial Interior Design Job Description We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience to support commercial projects. You will be working as the second Interior Designer in the firm, with access to senior interior architects for guidance while maintaining the autonomy to make independent decisions. This role requires proficiency in Revit and a strong client-facing ability, including involvement in presentations. Candidates should be on their way to obtaining NCIDQ certification. Why You Should Be Interested Autonomy to make independent decisions and help lead the interior team. Opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously (no studio set up). Hybrid schedule – in office Monday‑Thursday and remote on Fridays. Mentorship from Principal Architects with over 12 years of experience. 3‑week paid time off, paid holidays, and possibility of week off between Christmas and New Year's. Year‑end bonus based on company performance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. 3-5 years of experience in interior design, specifically on commercial or multifamily projects. Experience with a variety of commercial projects preferred. Proficiency in Revit. Strong initiative and sense of ownership. Creative problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed. Capable of making decisions and completing tasks with minimal supervision. Work Environment You will work in a collaborative team environment in office Monday through Thursday with remote days on Friday. The schedule includes 4 hours of flexible time per week. The company is based in Southern Denver. Job Type & Location Contract to hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $39.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
