Job Description We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience to support commercial projects. You will be working as the second Interior Designer in the firm, with access to Senior Interior Architects for guidance while maintaining the autonomy to make independent decisions. This role requires proficiency in Revit and a strong client-facing ability, including involvement in presentations. Candidates should be on their way to obtaining NCIDQ certification. Why You Should Be Interested This person will have a lot of autonomy to make independent decisions and will help lead the interior team An opportunity to work on multiple projects at once (no studio set up) Hybrid schedule - in office 4 days a week and remote on Friday Principal Architects have over 12 years of tenure and mentorship 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, and the possibility of getting the week off between Christmas and New Year's (evaluated annually but granted consistently) Year-end bonus based on company performance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design 3-5 years of experience in interior design, specifically on commercial or multifamily projects Experience with a variety of commercial projects preferred Proficiency in Revit Strong initiative and a sense of ownership Creative problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed Capable of making decisions and completing tasks with minimal supervision Work Environment You will work in a collaborative team environment in office Monday through Thursday with remote days on Friday. The schedule includes 4 hours of flexible time per week. This company is based in Southern Denver. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.
